Dr. Gupta completed his undergraduate education and medical school through the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Gupta was also selected for residency training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital - McGaw Medical Center.
At Wake ENT, Dr. Gupta specializes in diseases of the ear, nose and throat, including tumors of the head and neck. He has advanced training in minimally invasive surgical procedures including those involving the thyroid and the paranasal sinuses. As a general otolaryngologist, he cares for both children and adults.
Dr. Gupta is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and has been since 1998. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Gupta has served as the Department Chairman of Otolaryngology at the Dean Clinic in Madison, Wisconsin as well as Clinical Faculty at the University of Wisconsin. He is actively involved in technology advances in the field of head and neck surgery and serves as an expert consultant and advisor for medical device and pharmaceutical companies. He has also served as a thyroid surgery expert for the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
Dr. Pankaj Gupta, M.D. was raised in West Central Illinois. Dr. Gupta lives in Cary with his wife and three daughters. His other interests include American History and Sea Kayaking.
Dr. Wilson is licensed by the NC Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists, is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and is licensed by the NC State Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board. Her areas of interest include areas of vestibular function testing, electrophysiology, comprehensive audiological/diagnostic assessment, hearing rehab including hearing aid evaluation, fitting/dispensing, follow-up care, and counseling. Dr. Wilson has practice audiology in Sanford for over 30 years. She looks forward to continuing care for the many patients whom she has come to know over the years.
Dr. Sarah Patz
Dr. Patz has her North Carolina audiology license from the NC State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She is currently a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA), a member of the North Carolina Audiology Association (NCAA), and she has her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association. She is a certificate holder of Tinnitus Management (CH-TM) and received her Master's in Deaf Education to work as a Teacher of the Deaf for two years prior to obtaining her Doctorate in Audiology. Dr. Patz' areas of interest include comprehensive audiologic evaluations, aural habilitation and rehabilitation including auditory training, hearing aids and follow-up care, tinnitus assessment and treatment, and cochlear implants.
Megan Silveus, Physician Assistant
Megan Silveus is a physician assistant in Otolaryngology. She graduated with honors in 2018 and has been working in ENT since then. She is excited to join CCENT/Wake ENT and to continue to care for her local ENT patients.
Jacqueline White, Physician Assistant
Jacqueline White graduated from East Carolina University in 2020 and worked in Otolaryngology prior to PA school as a medical/surgical assistant. She lives in Carrboro with her puppy and loves to camp, fish, and enjoy the mountains of Boone. Growing up in New York, she continues to learn about all the wonderful things North Carolina has to offer. Jackie is currently seeing patients in Sanford and is excited to grow with Wake ENT.
